   Paul Miller: Owner-President

 Paul had a bought a number of investment properties that needed to be managed. Paul is very detail oriented and wanted his properties to be managed and maintained to his high standards. He started Paramount Properties in 1998 to manage his own properties, and by word of mouth, began managing others properties.

   Marie Anderson Miller - Managing Broker

 Marie started Paramount Properties with Paul Miller. She became a Real Estate Agent, helping Paul purchase his rental income property. After two years she became a Broker and has had her Brokers License for 14 years. She is Managing Broker for Paramount Property Management and Real Estate.

  John Hernandez: Operations Manager

  John is responsible for all the day to day property operations in the field, overseeing Assistant Property Managers, Property Managers, Vendors, Painters, Housekeepers, and Grounds keepers. John has been with Paramount Properties for 14 years.

  Sarah Mosquera: Lead Account Admin.

 Sarah joins Paramount as Lead Account Administrator. She handles all incoming Rent and Collections for all of our Owner accounts.  Sarah has 17 years of experience in Accounting and Quickbooks. She is also a Vet Tech and an animal lover.

  Chantal Rodriguez: Account Administrator

 Chantal is Account Administrator for all  of our in-house accounts. She transitioned from Receptionist to Account Administrator in just a few short months and is very good with problem solving. She speaks three languages, English, Spanish and Chinese.
